As a note, certain languages may have higher connection times or lower fulfillment rates. This is due to certain languages having lower demand/need for English to respective language interpretation. Convercent is always working with our vendor partner to increase resources as needed. If the demand/need is there, please provide your projected call volume and/or location employee counts for the language needed to your dedicated Customer Success Manager. We will then provide the details to our partner to potentially increase resources as needed.
