Case Management Administrators and Case Management Moderators have the ability to create proxy reports on behalf of employees through Convercent.
To create a new proxy report after logging into Convercent, click Report an Issue via Proxy from the ‘Quick Links’ list to the right of your dashboard.
Before getting started with the proxy report you are prompted to confirm your understanding and acknowledgement of the terms and conditions.
By acknowledging your understanding of the terms and conditions you can now proceed with creating a report on behalf of someone else. Convercent guides you through each section of the report form.
To complete the proxy report, you are prompted to review the report details, enter a personal password and security question.
Once submitted, you will be provided an access number and the proxy report will be immediately forwarded to the appropriate individuals within your organization as defined by the notification profile settings.
Case Management Administrators will have full access to the newly submitted proxy reports. Case Management Administrators will have to manually grant access for Case Management Moderators if access to the issue is required.
If a Case Management Moderator filed the proxy report on behalf of someone else and haven’t been granted access to the issue by the Case Management Administrator, they can check the status of the issue by logging in at www.convercent.com/report and entering the access number and password provided at the time of submitting the proxy report.
