Convercent’s Ask-A-Question feature allows employees to submit questions anonymously and for administrators and moderators to manage and respond to these questions in a more structured environment than just email.
Convercent provides the ability to categorize and risk assess questions in support of rich analytics that will, over time, expose great insights into the level of compliance and ethics awareness within an organization.
The Ask-A-Question intake option is available to employees at www.convercent.com/report for organizations that have this feature enabled.
To activate the Ask-A-Question service, organization administrators are required to first enable a new Question Intake Channel.
To create a new question intake channel, click Intake Channels on the Manage Organization page.
Next, click Create new intake channel and select Question Intake from the pull-down menu.
You will be prompted to enter a channel name and select the appropriate anonymity options for your employees to choose from when submitting a question.
Click Build Channel to save your new question intake channel. The intake channel will be automatically enabled and will allow employees to submit questions via the question intake form at www.convercent.com/report.
