As a new customer, your Customer Experience Manager will provision your organization in Convercent with at least one Administrator user record with organization setup access. As the Organization Administrator, you will receive a “Welcome to Convercent” email with a link to get started.
From the welcome email, click Get Started Now.
You will be prompted to verify your new user record and create your own personal password and security question before logging in for the first time.
