You can access your policy library by clicking "Policies" in the top navigation bar and then clicking any link stating “Go to Policy Library”.
This will bring you to the “Policy Manager”. From here you can access any policy in any of the three states, and create a new policy or policy set.
The search bar allows you to find specific policies quickly and with ease.
The filters in the search bar (see arrows) will allow you to choose what policy type you are looking for. You can change “policies” to “policy sets” if you’re searching for a certain policy set. You can change the second filter between three options.
- Draft: policies that are not yet ready to be published and viewable to participants.
- Published: Finished and relevant policies.
- Archived: Policies that are no longer relevant to the organization.
You can change a policy’s classification between these three at any time.
