    Change to Mexico on 8/30/2019:

Whether you are calling from a Mexican landline or from a Mexican cell phone, drop the 01.  Thus 01-800-123-4567 becomes 800-123-4567. The legacy format will continue to be supported through at least the end of September, possibly longer.

    More info here: https://www.mexperience.com/mexico-simplifies-telephone-dialing-rules/

With this change, the Mexico line above no longer has 01 as the prefix, and will just display as 866 376 0139 instead of 01 866 376 0139.

The Filipino government has mandated a change to all local Manila phone numbers (area code 2).  All numbers in this area code will be changing from the current 7-digit dial plan, to an 8-digit plan. This is being done due to the availability of numbers in the region. The Convercent shared line is affected by this change.Anyone that calls a Manila number using the 7-digit number will first hear a short message advising them of the changes before the call is completed for them. Callers can continue dialing the numbers in either fashion for a minimum of 3 months before they are forced to use the new 8-digit numbers going forward. The new number moving forward will be +63-2-8626-3049 and has been changed on landing pages for customers using this shared line.

For more information regarding these changes, please see the official Philippines government notification here: http://ntc.gov.ph/wp-content/uploads/2019/MC/PUBLIC_ADVISORY_orig.pdf
