    How long before the email is sent, is it batched or is it immediate?

    Hello Jon!

    To answer your question, this type of email is not part of a batch process. However, all system emails are queued, and could stand the chance of waiting for other requests to be satisfied.

    When requests are initiated through our lost password tool, we communicate to users that it may take up to 24 hours to receive the system email. That said, it would be extremely rare for it to take that long, unless something else was amiss. If you have initiated the system to send an email, and can confirm that no notification has been received within 1 hour, we highly recommend sending an email, with details, to support@convercent.com, so that our Customer Care team can take a look.
