Recipients – All
Following feedback, when reviewing campaigns, the default view will now be “All” recipients, rather than “Active”. This will hopefully eliminate some confusion as you are reviewing campaign details.
You can still select the same options from the dropdown menu.
User Experience Changes
We have made a change in several areas of the application that are designed to improve the user experience and avoid the frustration of making unintended changes.
For example, if you attempt to archive a campaign, you will now have the option to either confirm or cancel your change.
You will be presented with a similar message should you attempt to archive a course that is part of an existing campaign:
You will see similar messages, with the ability to cancel your changes in other areas of the application, including, but not limited to:
- Policy status change
- Scheduling or sending a campaign
- Questionnaire status change
These changes are designed to improve the user experience by providing you with information about the consequences of the change you are attempting to make and giving you the option to back out.
Edit Questionnaire Warning - Translations
When you edit a questionnaire, you need to ensure that any changes are reflected in all applicable translations. To that end, we have added an explicit warning when you click on edit to remind you to work with your Convercent representative to coordinate any changes.
Resolved Application Issues
In addition to features listed above, we have addressed several issues in various applications across the platform. Highlights include:
- Removing the scroll bar from the printout when attempting to print an issue
- HR Data load improvements
- Removing duplicate description text when managing Organization custom settings
- Browser specific changes to ensure compatibility for all users
