Custom email templates
Over the course of the last three releases, we have extended the number of email templates that you can customize for your organization.
Please work with your CSM to update any email templates that you would like to customize.
The following emails represent the final changes being made as part of this process and now support customization:

We have enhanced our error management process with this release. The application will now capture all errors. We used to handle most errors and present an “Oops” page and capture the error. Occasionally, errors were experienced that were not handled or captured. Now, any time you experience an error, a customer friendly Customer Reference Number will be generated and displayed within the Oops page error message.
If you click on the email link to send Convercent an email, the reference number will be automatically included in the subject line. As always, please continue to provide as much detail as possible about what you were doing in the application when you experienced the error.
The reference number will make it easier for our engineering team to pinpoint the specific cause of the problem and identify potential solutions.
Resolved Application Issues
We have addressed several minor issues with this release across different areas of the platform. Highlights include:
- When a user goes to update a Disclosure via a Questionnaire, the "Save" button will not be enabled unless the user has actually made a change to their disclosure.
- This will prevent the user from saving an unchanged disclosure and further avoid the status of the disclosure being changed from “Cleared” to “In Review” unless there are actual changes.
- Corrected a sporadic problem with the date picker field used with Disclosures
- Fixed a problem with questionnaires when an optional date field was left blank
