Q: Why is only the admin navigation changing now?
A: We decided to implement the new navigation gradually rather than all at the once and determined the best way to do that was by role. The Admin navigation is a building block toward the Participant navigation. When we implement the new navigation for Moderators and Participants, this will include the ability for organizations to brand that navigation experience for their organization by modifying certain colors and uploading company logos. We anticipate the navigation for Participants and Moderators being available later this summer.
Q: Will all customers see the new admin navigation right away?
A: Yes, when we release the new navigation in May, it will be updated for all customers and admins will see the new navigation immediately.
Q: Can I change the colors and branding?
A: No, the admin interface is standardized for all customers, but you will be able to customize the moderator and participant experiences to match your brand.
