As part of our standard quality assurance testing that we conduct before each release, our team discovered an issue that prevented us from moving forward with today's (June 29th) release. While delaying a release is never our intent, we only feel comfortable making updates to your software after we ensure a positive user experience.
We are targeting to deploy the release of Convercent 5.0 on Wednesday, July 1st, and will keep you informed if this date changes. As an aside, we hope this gives anyone that still wants to provide their Moderators and Participants with a branded navigation extra time to make those changes as outlined here. If you are not able to update your logo and colors before the release, not to worry – they can still be configured AFTER the release.
If you have any questions, please contact your Customer Success Manager. If you do not know who that is, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Important Reminder: If you are not able to update your logo and colors before the release, not to worry – they can still be configured AFTER the release. However, until you make the required changes, your participants and moderators will see the default Convercent branded navigation experience [click to view].
