Check out this webinar that our customers have found valuable when building and/or revamping their Compliance program. These include some great creative ideas on incentivizing employees i.e. VIP parking spot for completing training on time, Helpline posters in the bathroom stalls (you would be surprised how many people notice these!), Refrigerator magnets, etc.

Traditional methods that have served me well are pens with the helpline info (everyone loves a good pen), coasters for desks with the values and helpline info, post it pads, catchy infographics and messages on internal monitors in walkways or common areas.

But I've found the element of surprise to be a great asset. Here's some of my greatest hits:

    - stickers on the floor inside the main building entrances (your building ops people can help with that!)

    - candy bars with a custom label with helpline info

    - online trivia contests in internal social media channels

    - virtual scavenger hunts

    - posters in the bathroom stalls (sounds weird, but it sure gets folks talking!)

    - magnets on whiteboards in conference rooms

The bottom line is your employees don't need to know the number or URL for the Helpline, but they do need to know where to find it when they need it.
