Here are a few tips as you get started in the Community:
1. Complete your profile information
Everybody likes to know who they are collaborating with. In order to complete your profile information, click your avatar image in the top right, and choose "My Profile". Click the Edit Profile link to the right of your name.
2. Don't be afraid to ask
Sometimes new users are afraid to start their own question or discussion, and we are working to make that easier. Should a reply to you (or in an already existing discussion) be too technical or complicated, don't hesitate to ask about it. This allows others to see that clarification is needed for yourself and likely other users, too.
3. Searching - We may not be Google, but we do like to search for existing information
We recommend that you search our knowledge base and community, first. You can find the search bar at the top of every page in our community. Should your search results not satisfy your question, please create a new Community post.
4. Be detailed when asking your question or replying to another question
If you have a question or reply, please try to include as much information as possible. This will help other users to understand exactly what you want to know, what you do know, or where you are trying to go in your Ethics and Compliance journey. You can add pictures to help paint the picture for others as they review your post or question.
Note: Never post any private information (PII or other sensitive data, etc.). This is a public community and everybody can see this information.
5. Sometimes it might take a little bit of time until the right person reads your question or post
Please do not share the same item repeatedly or in another topic/discussion, especially if the topic is not related to your specific question. Other users may hesitate to respond to an erroneous post, as it will only cause confusion.
