At a recent CONVERGE Roundtable, attendees were invited to share challenges that they're facing, and several people raised the topic of engaging a workforce that is dispersed across different environments, including employees that don't use company computers or email as part of their daily tasks (ex: restaurant staff and retail workers, manufacturing employees, etc.).
This challenge has come up again and again at CONVERGE events, so we wanted to expand the conversation to our online community. What tips and best practices do you have for reaching employees across a variety of environments?
